QHow do I create an account with Glendinnings ?
Register for online shopping, via the 'Register' link at the top of any webpage. Simply provide your contact details, create a password and you are ready to start shopping.

Q. Can i use my Glendinnings 'Allotment' Account to place orders online?
Yes, you can use your 'Allotment' account to order online or via Email.

To receive your Allotment 10% discount, quote your PMKEY personal ID no. in the 'notes' section when placing your order. A Glendinnings team member will then contact you to verify your account and action your purchase.

Q. What are your production times?
Time is required to personalise special orders, e.g. nametags or customise clothing. Notice of production time will be indicated in the 'product description' section of your order. For more information regarding your order, please contact one of our friendly team and quote your Order No.

Q. How is postage calculated? 
Postage is calculated by weight and number of items in your basket, via Australia Post's online calculator:


Note: Postage fees are calculated when you enter your delivery address and post code at 'checkout’. Any error in entering your post code will require Glendinnings to adjust the postal cost of your order. A Glendinnings staff member will email your account should ammendments to postal charges be required due to customer input error.

Postage prices may vary slightly due to packing issues or calculating error between Glendinnings and Australia Post.

Q. How are goods delivered?
We use Australia Post System next day processing or TNT courier, as required. Should your order takes longer, because of production or availability issues, a Glendinnings team member will contact you by email to notify you of the circumstances.

Q. Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes, please contact us and we give will you an Australia Post or TNT tracking  Number
 
Q. Do you offer express delivery service?
Yes. We can send via express post within Australia and TNT.

Q. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to most countries, Via TNT International.Overseas orders must be a minumum of $100 before postage and must be organised via email -  Please email sales@glendinnings.com.au for your postage price.

QDo you exchange goods if the wrong size? 
Yes, we will exchange goods if they are the wrong size, but there could be a return postage charge. If it is our mistake, there will be no charge for postage when exchanging goods.
 
Q. Do you open on weekends?
Yes, Head Office Store (Sydney) is Open from 8.30 am till 11.30 am.
 
Q. Do you take Lay-bys?
Yes, we take Lay-bys, and the term is 3 months.
 

QHow do I measure up my clothing size?

1. Neck

Measure around neck, not too tight, allowing room for 2 fingers behind tape.

2. Chest

Measure around chest, making sure tape is level at the back. Tape is inclined to fall,
giving a wrong measurement. A firm (not tight) chest measurement is best taken.

3. Waist

Make sure the trousers are sitting comfortably (not low) over the hips and measure
over the waistband of the trousers.

4. Hips

Take the measurement 3 inches below the hip bone.

5. Inside leg

Take the measurement from the crotch to the top of the heel of the shoe.

6. Outside leg

Take the measurement from the top of the waistband, to the top of the heel of the shoe.
