| Measure around neck, not too tight, allowing room for 2 fingers behind tape. 2. CHEST: Measure around chest, making sure tape is level at the back. Tape is inclined to fall, giving a wrong measurement. A firm (not tight) chest measurement is taken. 3. WAIST: Make sure the trousers are sitting comfortably (not low) over the hips and measure over the waistband of the trousers. 4. HIPS: Take the measurement 3 inches below the hip bone. 5. INSIDE LEG: Take the measurement from the crotch to the top of the heel of the shoe. 6. OUT SIDE LEG: Take the measurement from the top of the waistband to the top of the heel of the shoe. |
